DealJacket is a product operated by 18096210 Canada Inc. ("DealJacket", "we", "us"). 18096210 Canada Inc. is the legal operator and data controller for information collected through this website, the iPhone app, and public Deal Jacket and seller-request links.
Information we collect
We collect only what's needed to operate DealJacket and deliver the service you use:
- Account and dealer profile data — name, email, company or dealer name, phone, and contact or social details you choose to add to your dealer profile.
- Deal Jacket content — vehicle information, photos, videos, documents, and other files or content you upload to create, publish, or share a Deal Jacket or seller request.
- Purchase information — subscription tier and status, and pay-as-you-go transaction and entitlement records needed to verify purchases and provide paid functionality. Payment card details are handled by our payment and purchase providers (including Apple for iOS in-app purchases); DealJacket does not store full payment card numbers.
- Essential technical and security logs — standard request, device, and security logs required to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.
How we use information
We use this information to operate your account and dealer profile; create, publish, and share Deal Jackets and seller requests; verify purchases and manage subscription and pay-as-you-go entitlements; respond to support inquiries; protect and secure the service; and operate and improve the product. We do not use your information for advertising or third-party tracking, and we do not sell personal information.
Cookies and analytics
We use essential cookies for authentication. Any analytics used are configured for privacy and to measure aggregate product usage.
Data retention
We retain account and dealer profile data, Deal Jacket media and content, and purchase and entitlement records for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. When you delete your account, we remove your account, dealer profile, and associated Deal Jacket records, subject to limited retention required to meet legitimate legal, accounting, or security obligations. You may request deletion at any time.
Third-party services
We use industry-standard infrastructure providers for hosting, authentication, storage, and — where actually used — privacy-respecting analytics, together with payment and purchase infrastructure (including Apple for iOS in-app purchases) to process subscriptions and pay-as-you-go transactions. Access to production data is restricted to authorized personnel.
Account deletion
You can delete your DealJacket account at any time from inside the DealJacket iPhone app under My Dealer → Dealer Profile → Delete Account, or from the Account page on this website. You can also email joey@dealjacketapp.com if you'd like us to handle deletion for you. Deletion removes your account, dealer profile, and associated Deal Jacket records.

You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us.
