You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for activity that occurs under your account. Keep your credentials secure.

You will not use DealJacket to misrepresent vehicles, upload unlawful content, or infringe another party's rights. You will comply with applicable automotive advertising and disclosure regulations in your jurisdiction.

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant DealJacket the license necessary to host, display and share that content in the ways you configure within the product.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Founder Access is offered on invitation during the private launch period.

DealJacket is provided on an "as-is" basis. We are not a party to any vehicle transaction between a dealer and a buyer.
